Hello everyone, in front of us a lot of knowledge of the transformer, but sometimes there will be a transformer load loss and no-load current increases, what is the reason?
All transformers are the primary and secondary windings, silicon steel sheet, coil winding from its work reasons are almost the same, no-load loss and no-load power increases, caused mainly by the following major areas:
1. poor insulation between silicon;
2. a short circuit between a part of the silicon magnetic circuit;
3. The magnetic circuit in silicon steel loose appear to exclude, increase the reluctance;
4. through the core bolt or plate, the yoke and other parts of the insulation is damaged, a short-circuit;
5. Each parallel branch lines are not the same number of turns;
6. A coil turns occasionally some parallel branch short circuit;
7. The winding turns made incorrect.
A transformer load loss is reduced, greatly reducing our annual electricity use at its top, to reduce the company's spending a small fortune.
